Our custom built 40KW Thyristor controlled heat treatment furnace is calibrated to API6A @ 800°C and has internal dimensions of 1500mmW x 1100mmD x 1000mmH.
It is controlled using Invensys Eurotherm control gear and uses a state of the art paperless recorder system to ensure you have easy to read charts on secure PDF documents with all your serial number clearly stated.

For pipework fabrications that require post weld heat treatment we have a 50KVA heat treatment transformer with built-in programmer. This setup allows us to heat treat 6 weldments simultaneously. This system also uses the paperless recorder system.
